Ynyshir Hall will give you a wedding experience like no other.
When you decide to get married at Ynyshir Hall, we arrange your wedding day to suit you, not to suit us. Unlike other wedding venues you won’t see any random faces in your photos as Ynyshir Hall will be yours in its entirety.
Situated on the Dyfi Estuary and surrounded by mountains and hills Ynyshir Hall is simply a magical and inspiring place to be wed. Licensed for civil ceremonies Ynyshir Hall will give you cuisine and a personal service that is unlike any other wedding you will have attended, its etched into the fabric of the hotel. A small galaxy of stars would privately agree.
As the only guests you decide the order of the day, your wedding breakfast menu and in which one of our 9 fantastic rooms you decide to spend your first married night together. Experienced help is always at hand to guide you through your wedding day. Every detail is meticulously thought of beforehand, so that on your big day, the only thing you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourselves.
The local registrar, who visits Ynyshir regularly, will guide you effortlessly through the short ceremony, pronounce you husband and wife and make way for the celebrations to start.
After champagne and canapés, you are invited through for the wedding breakfast for up to 28 guests You will be delighted to know that our food is prepared by our head chef Shane Hughes. Shane is one of the most talented young chefs in the country. He explores the nature reserves for the most unusual wild food. Shane forages for wild mushrooms, berries, garlic and wood sorrel which grow in the surrounding woodlands and the wild samphire which flourishes on the beach at Ynyslas. Even the purity of the soil is utilized, Shane grows herbs, salads, fruit and vegetables in the Ynyshir walled garden. The local fisherman brings Sea Bass and prawns from Cardigan Bay. The lobster, caught in Borth just five minutes drive away, is the sweetest around. Shane’s butcher sources all his meat from local farms, Delicate Salt marsh lamb from the Dyfi estuary, succulent Welsh Black beef, local organic pork and chicken, and venison. The game is shot at Dol y Bont ,on the edge of the Dovey estuary. As you can tell this will not be an ordinary wedding breakfast.
In the morning, we won't rush you out of bed. A breakfast followed by hearty brunch at 10.00am is an ideal way to wind down and gives a last chance for everyone to get together before drifting away.
Although we have two exclusive use packages here at Ynyshir we are totally flexible and can tailor our packages to your needs whatever they may be with prices starting from just £278 per person per night*.
Our Gold Package starts from just £6,000 per night (ex VAT) and includes:

• A glass of Champagne for all guests to toast the bride and groom
• A selection of unlimited wines, beers and soft drinks

Our Silver Package starts from just £5,000 (ex VAT) per night and includes:
• Exclusive use of Ynyshir Hall and its 9 bedrooms
