Meet the Chef

For a wonderful day out! Or a very novel way to celebrate a special occasion, a perfect gift for someone who has everything! Or a very special Party.

Arrive at lovely Ynyshir Hall at 10 am for coffee, and meet our young Chef, Paul Croasdale.

Spend the morning learning his special tips on your chosen topic. Then enjoy a wonderful leisurely 6 course lunch, to include some of the dishes you have seen demonstrated. Perhaps with time for a stroll around the gardens or just a snooze in front of the fire before making your way home.

Choose from Bread and Pastry, Meat , fish or game, or discuss with Chef your own ideas.

For parties of 4 minimum to 20 maximum. £95 per person includes demonstration, lunch and coffee.
