Foraging and fine food
We have several foragers on our team who are a font of knowledge about the wonderful variety of edible plants, mushrooms and wild berries found in abundance in this area.
Arrive by 2pm, meet our forager and spend a few hours exploring the area and searching out edible delicacies.
Chef will prepare an nine course taste menu, including a variety of seasonal wild foods, some of which you will have collected that very afternoon! Nothing could be better!!
The next morning, after a leisurely breakfast, spend time with Chef who will share tips of how best to use the wild foods you’ve collected.
From £490 per night for two people sharing a double room; includes accommodation, breakfast, eight course taste menu, Chef’s Demonstration and foraging walk.
