The Grand Finale of our Festive season is our wonderful New Year House Party! Our house party is based on a very warm welcome, wonderful food and a most convivial atmosphere.
30 December 2010
Guests arrive on the 30th and are greeted with Mulled wine and mince pies. We all meet in the cosy bar for champagne cocktails and canapes;- time to get to know each other and anticipate an evening of fine food.
Chef Shane Hughes has designed a Gourmet menu for each evening with wonderful local ingredients, and those luxurious touches that one expects at such a special time of year.
After a memorable meal, and a peaceful night’s slumber in your lovely room, a hearty Welsh Breakfast will set you up for a day of walking on the beach, exploring the beautiful RSPB Reserve surrounding us, or a lazy snooze in front of the roaring fire.
New Years Eve
The New Years Eve party starts with yet more champagne cocktails in the bar, where all our guests meet again. The sumptuous Gala Gourmet meal builds up to a finale at midnight. We bring in the New Year with more champagne and celebrations.
New Years Day
On New Years Day a late brunch is served and the day is then yours to enjoy. Perhaps you could take a leisurely walk around gardens, or a more strenuous hike to the hills and return for a full Welsh afternoon tea by the fire. Then another gourmet meal designed to be a little lighter tonight.
Leave, reluctantly, on the 2nd, with wonderful memories and a resolve to return.
We have only 2 rooms still available at a price of £975.00 per person.
The price includes all meals, all teas and coffees, pre dinner drinks and accommodation, and all champagne during our new year celebration evening. The only extras are the wines with meals. and any after dinner drinks. Extra days are charged the normal daily tariff. We do take dogs in Studio 1 and 2 which are both ground floor rooms.
