RESERVATIONS

Room bookings must be confirmed in writing and guaranteed with a credit card
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required either by cheque or credit card

CANCELLATION

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract

Between themselves and Ynyshir hall. For any reservation cancelled within seven days of arrival we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so, we regret that a charge equivalent to the full value of the service booked will be made. This fee will be held for 6 months to use as a deposit for a further stay.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

  • accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
  • make alternative arrangements with us; or
  • cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).

For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.

In order to avoid charges due to cancellation may we suggest that you
