The Hall was built in the 1500’s, and so it has some physical limitations to accessibility. However, features such as wide doorways, low handles, wide, low tread stairways, are an advantage.
We do all we can to provide all our guests with excellent service. We provide a personal and caring service, and we try to overcome any barriers that the physical limitations of the property create.
We have a long gravel driveway but this is well lit and we have a drop off point next to the front entrance. We also have ample car parking space.
We offer a porterage service for luggage, and although we have three steps up to the front porch, we have a portable ramp. Once inside the hotel, all the ground floor, including the restaurant is on one level. The public toilets are not adapted for wheelchair users, and the men’s room has one small step.
We do not have a lift.
However we have four ground floor bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the hotel. This room is all on one level, and has wide doors and a walk in shower with seat.
The studio room in a separate wing is accessed by three steps and the room and bathroom is all on one level.
The garden suites in a separate building are accessible by a ramp and the rooms are all one level. Miro’s bathroom has extra space around the toilet and an extra sink that is low.
We are also happy to take assistance dogs.
We offer large print menus on request.
Although we do not offer 24hour room service, we have staff living on the premises, and our managers will always be on hand in case of emergency.
We and all our staff are sensitive to all our guests needs and will be delighted to help in the restaurant, with check in, check out, and at all times during stay.
