Our wine list is extensive and exciting, as you would expect from a hotel that takes its food and wine very seriously!
With over 300 bins from all corners of the World, there are wines to suit all tastes and budgets. We have 14 House wines, all available by the glass; from a light and smooth Chilean Merlot to a rich, full bodied, spicy Crozes Hermitage; a clean, crisp Sauvignon Blanc to a classic complex Gewurztraminer. These change with the seasons, to match our menus. We will always offer a selection of wine by the glass, to complement our tasting menus.
We have some real gems to be appreciated, as well as lots of wines to give simple enjoyment. We have a marvellous collection of Bordeaux from £20 to £2000, some classic Burgundies, rich Rhones and lovely Loires. We have wonderful wines from Alsace, Italy and Spain, Robust Australian, more subtle New Zealand and complex Californian.
We also have a large collection of half bottles to give the greatest choice and flexibility. All there to enhance your experience, however you choose.
