The Restaurant
The restaurant at Ynyshir is an intimate delight complemented by Rob Reen’s dramatic paintings adorning the walls. This is Chef’s stage and his excellent performances are frequently the topic of conversation amongst guests whether over dinner in the evening or over a simple snack in the bar at lunchtime.
This delightful light and sunny room has three windows all overlooking the magnificent gardens, with the Cambrian mountains beyond. The ever changing play of light on the hills provides a constant spectacle for the diners.
The white crisp linen, silver cutlery and crystal glassware set the scene for our memorable meals.
