Shane, who has to be one of Britain's most talented young Chefs, is passionate about reflecting the hotel’s uniqueness and beauty in the exceptionally high standards he achieves in the kitchen.
Hardly surprising Ynyshir Hall has three AA rosettes. Shane’s skills are exemplary; his ideas are daring and they work. The flavours are accurate and vibrant, much to the appreciation of guests.
