Joan Reen, General Manager of Ynyshir Hall, is passionate about her hotel and the surrounding landscape. She is a compulsive diary writer, inspired by the staggering beauty of the landscape and the activities of Mother Nature all around her.
She will frequently be seen leading guests on either a leisurely stroll around the bird reserve, for instance, or on a route march to the top of a nearby mountain.
Whenever she’s out with Oscar, her dog, always at her side, she sees nature in all her glory, regardless of the weather conditions at the time. She thought it would be a good idea to feature these entries on her website and so here they are:
